   2.3 Delivery and Fulfillment: Sahyog Mitra facilitates the procurement and delivery of donated items to the listed NGOs. We do not guarantee timelines but strive for timely delivery.
   2.4 Tax Receipts: Receipt of donations and tax-deductible status (if applicable) depends on the laws of the donor’s country and the NGO’s registration status.

3. NGO Partnerships
   3.1 Eligibility: Only verified and approved NGOs can participate on our Platform.
   3.2 Responsibilities: NGOs agree to use received donations solely for charitable purposes and provide updates and acknowledgments when requested.

4. User Conduct
   4.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the Platform, including engaging in fraud, impersonation, or submitting false information.
   4.2 Intellectual Property: All content, branding, and technology used on the Platform are the intellectual property of Sahyog Mitra and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
   Sahyog Mitra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the content or services.
