PAN card number is required if you wish to receive an 80G certificate, which is mandatory for claiming tax benefits. So, it is recommended to fill in the details accordingly.

Donation receipts are generated within 20 to 25 days after the donation is completed. This time allows for the settlement of the amount into the NGO's account. Receipts are automatically emailed—please check your SPAM folder if you don’t see it. If found, mark it as "Not SPAM."

No, we don't accept cash or cheque donations. Payments can only be made online via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking.

The 80G Certificate is also called the Certificate of Donation. It is issued by Sahayog Mitra before 31st May of the respective financial year and sent via email for donations made that year, enabling donors to claim tax benefits.

You can get an update on your remaining fund and request a fund release by contacting us.

Fill out your fund requirement on your letterhead and email it to info.sahayohmitra@gmail.com. After settlement, submit the 80G certificate of the given amount within 1 week.

Login to your Sahayog Mitra account, click on the update icon on your campaign panel, and add the images and content you wish to share.

No, Sahayog Mitra practices absolute transparency and accountability. Funds raised in the name of an NGO will only be settled to the NGO’s bank account. In case of document issues or discrepancies, the funds will be refunded to donors.

Verified NGOs can launch multiple campaigns at once, provided each has clear goals, timelines, and documentation.

Once a campaign is completed or goals are met, donations are typically transferred within 7 working days after verification.
